3. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at the shipper's address, email, or phone number listed on your receipt. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the shipper's address listed on your receipt.

4. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Can I return personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

6. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. What is the European Union cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
